GENERAL SEATING
Tickets for all MHFB performances in all venues are general admission seats unless otherwise stated on your ticket. Doors typically open one hour prior to the performance and all seating is open to patrons as they enter the space.

STUDENT & CHILD TICKETS
MHFB offers student pricing to all children of any age for all events. Children under the age of 5 do not need a ticket to any MHFB event except those in the Ellie Caulkins Opera House. For Ellie concerts, children under the age of 5 can get a ticket at the student rate.

ACCESSIBILITY
Accessibility of each performance venue is noted on ticket purchase pages and on our website at MHFB.org. Generally most spaces that we perform meet appropriate guidelines for accessibility with the exception of Historic Grant Avenue. HGA is a designated historical building and is therefore not subject to standard accessibility laws. There are some options but they are more limited than in some of our other venues. Please contact us if you need any accessibility needs for HGA concerts as soon as possible after purchasing your ticket. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Tickets may be cancelled at any time prior to a concert. To cancel your ticket, click or tap “Manage Your Ticket” on your confirmation email and you will be taken to the options. Refunds may be issued up to 24 hours prior to a concert for any reason. You may request a refund to your original payment method or as a credit towards a future MHFB performance. Within 24 hours prior to a concert, no refunds or credits will be issued. If a performance is cancelled for any reason, we will contact you to make arrangements for your tickets.

DIGITAL TICKETS
Digital tickets will be provided via email for all performances. To access the event you can display the digital ticket on any device, add the ticket to your mobile wallet, or bring a printed version of the ticket. We also maintain a door list at most events for check-in. For events in the Ellie Caulkins Opera House, you may be required to download the AXS app or access your digital tickets using specific links. Refer to your order confirmation from AXS for details. Physical tickets will not be mailed or be available at any venue for any performance.
