Membership Subscriptions

To be an Active Member of MHFB, you must have an active “subscription” to MHFB membership and pay the appropriate dues. You can choose to pay monthly or annually (annual payers receive a $30 discount). If you have a voucher, discount, or scholarship code, you can enter those when you choose a membership plan.

All new members receive your first month’s membership for free! When you signup, the system will prompt you to complete payment information for your second month forward. You can pause or cancel your membership payments at any time from your membership account portal.

If you ever want to change your membership subscription or add a voucher, discount, or scholarship code, you will have to cancel your existing subscription and begin a new one with your new terms or codes.

The MHFB Board is intent that no person will ever be prevented from participating in the organization due to any financial issue. Partial and full scholarships are available simply by completing this scholarship request form. Once approved, a code will be sent to you to complete your registration.
